When are orders processed?

We process all orders within 24-48 hours. Sunday orders will be processed on the following business day.

Do you offer group manifestation sessions?

Yes, contact us with the details and we'll make it happen!

Are each product item individually labeled?

Your invoice will have details of the products you have ordered, however, it is not guaranteed that each item will be individually labeled for identification. Please reference your invoice and our product description page to identify your product(s).

Are the photos an accurate representation of what I am ordering?

Typically yes,  however, there could be slight variations with color and shapes for the crystals due to its natural state. All items are sold individually unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Do you take recommendations for items that you don't currently have in stock?

What is Crystals by Crystal ethical policy?

We only stock genuine crystals and work with trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity.

We have researched our supply chain thoroughly to make sure our partners are ethically responsible and compliant. We only deal with providers and suppliers that abide by a  strong ethical policy, such as child labor laws, operates a fair trade policy and are against testing products on animals. We also ensure that all products we source come from sustainable supplies. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and  ensure that any packaging that we receive from our suppliers is recycled and reused at all possible opportunities.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is finalized. Please email shopcrystalsbycrystal@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation" and your order number. If your order has already been processed, please see the return/refund policy - here.

What is Crystals by Crystal Shipping Policy?

  1. We ship domestically and internationally!

  2. Orders that are in-stock ships within 24-48 hours once your order is placed.

  3. LOST PACKAGE: The Crystals by Crystal team is not responsible for any lost packages. If you have received notification that your order was delivered, but can't find the package at your desired mailing location, please contact your mail carrier to investigate further. Crystals by Crystal will not replace or refund packages that weren't delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  4. RETURN TO SENDER: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is undeliverable and being returned to sender. This means that there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to drop off your package and needs your assistance. If the carrier is unable to redeliver your package, please contact Crystals by Crystal on our CONTACT US page with the issue, order number, and correct shipping address immediately. Packages returned to Crystals by Crystal due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be refunded less shipping and stocking costs.

  5. DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed.

  6. AFFILIATE PARTNERS: Please expect 15-30 days for your shipment to arrive, as we have sourced from partners around the globe to provide you unique items.  

  7. COVID-19: We are experiencing slight delays for international shipping. Please add 20-30 days to your expectant delivery date.
